Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead plant quality initiatives and continuous improvement. You will coordinate inspections, lead root cause analyses, and drive CIP projects to reduce defects and improve KPIs.

A BS/BA in a relevant field with 5–7 years of experience and Lean-Six Sigma credentials is required. You will manage supplier quality, calibration programs, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in quality/ manufacturing.
• Green Belt certificate and/or Lean-Six Sigma project experience.
• Experience with PFMEA and Control Plan development and implementation.
• Experience leading teams in problem-solving (8D, A3, DMAIC).
• Engineer-to-Order experience and PMI project management background.
• Experience with supplier quality (SQA/SQE) and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a program of random inspections to evaluate process quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage QA reporting, KPIs, and plant metrics (COPQs, OTD, CARs).
• Oversee calibration programs for measurement equipment and FPY improvement.
• Drive CIP projects and continuous improvement culture across the plant.
