Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a QA Engineer to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control programs. You will translate customer specs into product criteria, create control plans, and sustain a robust QMS that meets ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory standards.

You will lead audits, CAPA, and supplier evaluations, while collaborating with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and field service to ensure contract requirements are met.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the functional areas to evaluate failure trends, product quality problems, and quality issues.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and deliver projects/work on schedule to meet performance objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Manager in development, implementation and monitoring of quality systems and procedures.
• Lead advanced quality planning including customer needs analysis, FMEA and development of product & process quality plans.
• Develop quality inspection plans to ensure customer purchase orders and contract requirements are met.
• Coordinate CAPA actions and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Provide quality support to operations and engineering across order through delivery.
