Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. seeks a QA Engineer to support the development and execution of quality control programs, translating customer specs into product criteria and creating control plans.

You will coordinate with production, manage supplier and customer inspections, participate in CIP events, and monitor KPIs to drive root-cause actions. Lean Six Sigma expertise and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Experience in quality control department.
• Understanding of product and process flow.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BS/BA in a relevant field with 0–2 years of experience.
