Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a QA Engineer to support building and maintaining our Quality Management System, translating customer specs into product criteria and creating control plans to meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

You will assist in audits, develop inspection plans, drive CAPA, and collaborate across manufacturing, engineering and purchasing to ensure product quality from order entry through delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a relevant field with 5-7 years of QA experience.
• Experience interacting with Commercial Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Strong communication and continuous improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Manager in developing and monitoring quality systems.
• Audit programs to ensure compliance with procedures and ISO 9001.
• Create documentation for ISO 9001 certification and site standards.
• Develop inspection plans and audit materials (BOMs, routers, WIs).
• Lead CAPA programs with root-cause analysis and action plans.
