Job summary

Flowserve US Inc in Springville, Utah is seeking a Process Engineer to lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and advance process engineering initiatives that boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity at the Springville Plant.

You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and site leadership to identify opportunities, validate performance drivers, and implement sustainable improvements using data-driven methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
Experience in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process engineering, or operations analytics.
Strong analytical, root-cause problem-solving, project-management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations, measurable business cases, and leadership-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead CIP and Lean/OPEX projects to improve throughput and safety.
Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting for site leadership.
Apply DMAIC, PDCA, RCCA, PFMEA, and DFMEA methods to drive improvements.
Define and manage CAPEX and automation projects with cross-functional teams.
Standardize processes and support change management and validation activities.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify opportunities.
