Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a qualified QA leader to ensure inspection readiness and oversee the center's quality system. You will drive calibration programs, KPIs, and corrective actions while mentoring staff in a dynamic, regulated environment.

With a Bachelor’s in a scientific field and 5+ years in quality/regulatory roles, you will navigate government standards and industry regulations, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and effective CAPA resolution across audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in scientific discipline/life sciences or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience related to quality and regulatory/ Plasma industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of government and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center is inspection ready by maintaining SOPs, quality system, and remediation.
• Manage site Quality Control program including calibrations and KPI monitoring.
• Lead and develop QA staff, conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Collaborate to streamline center processes for better service and outcomes.
• Lead audits with suppliers, customers, and regulators; coordinate CAPA.
• Maintain compliance with HSE/OSHA policies and promote safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and center information.
• Lead investigations into deviations and monitor CAPA effectiveness.
