Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a QA Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager of Quality in monitoring plasma center processes for compliance with CSL SOPs and local, state, and federal regulations. The role reports to the Assistant Manager of Quality and involves coordinating training, maintaining records, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further degree preferred for business or biology tracks.
• Leadership or regulatory environment experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents to meet customer specs.
• Ensure records QA review for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Initiate investigations for regulatory deficiencies and determine corrective actions and effectiveness.
• Maintain and review training documents to ensure CSL procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Learning Management System data integrity and reporting for training and compliance.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of training (new hire, annual, retraining) to meet requirements.
• Lead internal audits and host external audits when required.
