Job summary

CSL Plasma in Chicago, IL, seeks a diligent Quality Assurance professional to support the AMQ in monitoring plasma center processes. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, training, and regulatory requirements, and coordinate training and audits to safeguard operations and product quality.

You will report to the Assistant Manager of Quality and play a key role in QA reviews, records accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives across the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 1-year leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service, critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems or regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for all shipment and associated documents.
• Maintain and review plasma center training documents to ensure compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity and generate reports.
• Initiate and monitor training delivery including new hires and retraining.
• Participate in internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Promote Safety, Health and Environment policies and ensure compliance.
