Job summary

CSL is seeking a QA Manager to maintain inspection readiness and drive quality systems at a plasma center in Las Vegas. You will lead a QA team, oversee calibration, KPI tracking, CAPA, and regulatory audits to ensure compliance and performance.

Responsibilities include reporting quality status to management, improving processes for service and yield, and enforcing safety and HR policies across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in scientific discipline/life sciences or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience related to quality and regulatory/plasma industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of government and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center is quality inspection-ready by adhering to SOPs, compliance policies and the quality system.
• Manage site Quality Control program including calibrations, KPI monitoring, trending and CAPA.
• Lead and develop staff to ensure QA competency; recruit, hire, review, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop programs to streamline center processes for better service, yields and finances while ensuring compliance.
• Lead audits with suppliers, customers and regulators; coordinate remediation and closure of findings.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and ensure availability of forms and supplies; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
