Job summary

Otis is seeking an undergraduate Quality Assurance intern to contribute to quality process improvements and the deployment of digital tools. The role offers exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Service, and Quality, with opportunities to develop analytical, project management, and communication skills.

The internship lasts 10–12 weeks, starts May/June 2027, and may lead to full-time opportunities upon graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the Otis Quality Management System (QMS).
• Document and standardize global quality processes across Operations and Supplier Quality.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support quality program management activities, including project tracking and meeting coordination.
• Develop communication materials and change management plans for global QMS initiatives.
• Help gather stakeholder feedback to support standardization efforts.
• Maintain quality performance dashboards and KPIs; analyze data for leadership reviews.
