iA is offering a Quality Engineering Internship as part of our Summer Intern Program. You will support the quality engineering team in improving internal and supplier quality for our pharmacy automation systems.

The 10-week program runs from June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027, and provides hands-on exposure to audits, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing partners. Strong analytical skills and interest in quality engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in quality engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, FDA regulations) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and monitoring internal and supplier quality performance through data analysis and reporting.
• Support internal and supplier audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Help investigate internal and supplier-related quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support documentation and tracking of quality metrics related to internal and supplier quality.
• Participate in project teams focused on enhancing quality processes within the 10-week internship timeframe.
