Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Able to manage several projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Quality team by addressing customer complaints and rapid resolutions.
• Analyze data sets to enable KPI reporting and quality improvements.
• Assist with field complaints, quality projects, and documentation standardization.
• Collaborate with associates and engineers to identify and eliminate sources of defects.
