Qualifications

• High School Diploma required plus a minimum of one (1) year quality experience.
• Experience with aerospace wiring harnesses preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interface with all departments.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and understand drawings and schematics (customer supplied, internal documentation).
• Approve in-process production by conducting visual and measurement tests and confirming results follow specifications.
• Approve finished products by conducting visual and measurement tests and confirming results follow specifications.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarize re-work and waste; input data into quality database.
• Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and scheduling repairs as needed.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with regulations.
• Write non-conformance reports (NCR) on rejected product and communicate NCR to the proper department(s).
• Use high voltage test equipment to test the product.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities.
