Job summary

Tendeg LLC in Louisville, CO is seeking a Quality Inspector II to inspect electrical wiring harnesses, circuit boards, and assemblies used in deployable antennas and ground support equipment. You will work closely with engineers to ensure components meet aerospace standards and report non-conformances with clear documentation.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, GD&T knowledge, and experience with precision instruments (CMMs, FaroArm, Leica, Zeiss).

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in quality inspection.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and documents.
• IPC-620, IPC-610 and J-STD 001 certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of aerospace components, structures, systems, and material certifications according to standards.
• Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, including deviations.
• Advise production when inspection results do not meet customer specifications and create non-conformance reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and adhere to SOPs.
