• Able to work in variable temperatures and lift objects.

Responsibilities

• Support QA team to ensure high-quality beef products.
• Attend training and show reliability.
• Perform monitoring/verification activities and data collection.
• Verify Food Safety and QA systems are functioning.
• Monitor HACCP/SOPs/SSOPs and GMP adherence.
• Conduct QA audits and safety procedures.
• Handle overtime and weekends as needed.
• Pursue ongoing education and growth.
