Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or quality control certification.
• Experience: 1 year in manufacturing with QA methods.
• Ability to learn new software and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Perform incoming inspections on boots, belts, cloth and accessories.
• Identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with production to maintain high quality levels.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and test results.
• Support multiple quality workstations and related processes.
• Assist other areas as needed.
