Job summary

ClaimSorted is hiring a Quality Assurance Handler to advance your claims career at a fast-growing InsurTech. Based in Dallas, TX, you’ll conduct QA on claims and calls, identify failure points, and partner with team leaders to push quality improvements while supporting complaint and payment controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in claims, 2+ years QA experience, and hold a licensed claims adjuster credential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims experience in property, auto, travel, or liability.
• 2+ years conducting QA of insurance claims.
• Licensed claims adjuster.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits on open claims, closed claims and telephone calls.
• Identify areas of failure at individual and broader operational levels.
• Conduct feedback sessions with claims handlers.
• Work with Team Leaders to support quality improvement plans for individual team members.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve quality of claims handling.
• Support broader technical claims functions, such as complaints and payment controls.

What you’ll do

• Conduct quality audits on open claims, closed claims and telephone calls

What we’re looking for

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX with work authorization

• Licensed claims adjuster

• 5+ years of claims experience in at least two of the following product lines - property, auto, travel, liability

• 2+ years of experience in conducting quality assurance of insurance claims

• Strong organisation and ability to prioritise independently

• Comfortable using data to make decisions

• Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious

• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
