Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join the Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts team. The ideal candidate will oversee guest-related QA processes and coordinate with departments to ensure high service standards.

Responsibilities include following up on guest comments, resolving in-house complaints, and performing property walk-throughs to audit quality. Strong software proficiency and excellent communication are required, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maestro, Nuv XMS & Works Hub (or similar systems).
• Proficiency with computer software, such as Excel.
• Great verbal and communication skills.
• Effective conflict resolution capabilities.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Following up with guest comments and guest-related issues.
• Following up on in-house guest complaints and requirements, verifying folios, and posting codes.
• Unit and property walk-throughs for quality assurance.
• Ensuring timely submission of Reports by departments.
• Special Projects.
• Other similar responsibilities assigned as necessary.
