• Proficient in inspecting guest rooms, common areas, and storerooms for cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach housekeeping staff to ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and storerooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Update team on room status and document inspection results; write work orders for issues.
• Report damages to management and coordinate repairs.
• Manage linen, supplies, and equipment; perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Complete daily room/section assignments for staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk to ensure seamless operations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively and provide courteous service.
