Qualifications

• BICSI RCDD preferred or ability to achieve within 12 months.
• BICSI TE350 cert or ability to achieve within 6 months.
• ICT field installation knowledge and experience required.
• Knowledge of ICT codes, standards and QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Audit and refine the quality program across projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead training coordination with in-house trainers and ensure certification compliance.
• Mentor field resources to observe, report, and remediate quality issues on site.
• Coordinate with Field Leadership and HR on skill and certification tracking.
