This role requires physical work in varied environments and compliance with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience is required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• Quality control experience is preferred for this role.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to verify compliance with standards.
• Identify issues and report them to the team for timely resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Support project milestones and assist management as needed.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call duties as required.
