The Home Depot is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance professional to develop and validate factory and product assessments with suppliers and service providers. You will ensure process controls meet safety standards and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include assigning tests, creating inspection plans, analyzing returns and customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize quality, cost, and risk.

Qualificações

• Engineering standards development / review / enforcement (min 2 years)
• Manufacturing / Operations / Quality Assurance / Quality Control (min 3 years)
• Continuous improvement program development and execution (e.g., Six Sigma or Lean)
• Cross functional, multi-project management (min 2 years)
• Analysis / Statistics (min 3 years)

Responsabilidades

• Assign assessment, test, and inspection work to service providers based on criteria and capabilities.
• Develop/validate test and inspection plans to assure factory/product quality and safety standards.
• Monitor returns, damages, and voice of customer data to drive CAPA plans across the product life cycle.
• Evaluate cost/benefit trade-offs between prevention, detection, and failure response activities.
• Support issue resolution with suppliers, factories, merchandising, store operations, and other supply chain components.
