Zusammenfassung

The Home Depot is seeking an Inventory Control Quality Assurance Manager to optimize inventory accuracy at the distribution center serving over 100 stores in California. You will lead issue resolution, drive quality across WMS and processes, and partner with vendors and internal teams to improve performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing cycle counts, physical inventory, audits, and training staff. Travel is occasional; relocation may be required to support DC operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with Catalyst or similar warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; relocation may be required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee identification, analysis and resolution of inventory control, WMS and process issues; ensure root causes are identified and improvements executed.
• Oversee inventory control processes: cycle counts, annual physical inventory, SKU slotting and profiling.
• Oversee audits of inventory control and quality assurance; report deficiencies and ensure vendor compliance with DC processes.
• Assist GM/AGM in evaluating work methods, procedures, controls and staffing to improve accuracy and timely product movement.
• Coach and develop associates through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations; foster a positive, employee-centered environment.
• Train managers and associates on warehouse management system usage and load quality reporting.
• Collaborate with 3PL on outbound loads and carrier performance; manage relationships as needed.
