Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer II to manage a full spectrum of quality requirements for assigned DoD projects. The role ensures AS9100 compliance, customer requirements, and internal SOPs while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on QA experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers. Office environment with standard hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 8+ years QA experience with proven results.
• Experience with AS9100, FAI, FRACAS, and QA documentation.
• Ability to work with contracts, standards, drawings, and BOM changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA requirements for projects including reviews and planning.
• Develop and execute processes to meet AS9100, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Evaluate and disposition nonconforming material.
• Manage customer complaints and QA portals.
• Investigate root cause and perform corrective actions.
• Support writing project plans and reports.
