Sechan Electronics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to support the Quality Engineering staff and the QA department in maintaining compliance with the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities include product release reviews, certificate of conformance creation, First Article Inspections (AS9102), CDRL/SDRL data handling, and MRB documentation. The role involves government/customer coordination and QA SME activities.

Qualifications

Associate degree in technical field or 5+ years QA experience.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
Ability to pass vision acuity exam per J-STD-001.

Responsabilités

Perform product release review to assure compliance to Contractual Requirements, TDP and SOPs.
Create Certificate of Conformance and other customer forms/data packets.
Execute First Article Inspection in AS9102 format.
Support data collection and reporting for CDRL/SDRL as directed by QAEs.
Coordinate with Government and Customer Inspection personnel for QA of product and delivery/shipping.
Conduct MRB and document disposition to support QAE.
Support QA Engineering functions as tasked by QA Management.
Attend project meetings (internal/external) as assigned.
Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.
Act as SME in MRB, Shipping, GIDEP, CMM, or IFS software.
Perform process compliance audits of manufacturing processes.
Perform other duties to drive the organization’s mission.
