Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer III to manage and support QA activities for circuit card assembly, cables, and electro-mechanical assembly on DoD contracts.

You will lead QA planning, FAI, FRACAS, nonconforming material disposition, and supplier audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. The role requires experience with defense programs, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD programs and aerospace quality standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Ability to pass vision acuity exam per J-STD-001.

Responsibilities

• Manages QA requirements of assigned projects including reviews, planning, control plans, FAI, FRACAS, and product release.
• Plan, develop, and execute processes to ensure compliance with AS9100 QMS and SOPs.
• Write plans, procedures, reports, and presentations for internal and external customers.
• Evaluate and disposition nonconforming material.
• Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
