Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a quality operations leader to advocate and support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing quality across the assigned Value Stream. You will develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for products and processes, and provide data-driven insights for quality improvement.

The role emphasizes guiding technical evaluations, analyzing data, and coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure compliance and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Two or more years of related quality assurance experience expected.
• ASQ certification is desired.
• Knowledge of QA techniques, ISO/QS standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality performance using statistical methods and cost-of-quality analysis.
• Develop and implement inspection plans, quality systems, and control documents.
• Conduct audits of internal processes and suppliers and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with product development to improve quality and reliability.
• Lead and educate teams on PPAP, APQP, and document control practices.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma practices to key production areas for improvements.
