Job summary

The Oneida ESC Group is seeking a motivated Quality Control Specialist for Orlando, FL, with flexible contractor-site or telework options. The role focuses on developing and enforcing quality-control processes, reviewing government deliverables, and ensuring traceability and compliance with the PWS and style guides.

Occasional travel may be required. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in QA/QC, strong editing and documentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and document-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, English, communications, or a related field is required.
• At least five years of experience in QA, QC, instructional-product review, or training-product development.
• Experience reviewing analytical, instructional, technical, or Government contract deliverables.
• Ability to evaluate document compliance, consistency, and technical sufficiency.
• Strong command of written English, grammar, formatting, and version control.
• Proficiency with review checklists, templates, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project quality-control plan and documentation.
• Perform independent quality reviews of analyses, evaluations, and technical deliverables.
• Verify compliance with PWS, task orders, and style guides.
• Evaluate deliverables for completeness, readability, and traceability.
• Identify missing information and formatting defects; document issues.
• Coordinate with ISD III Lead, instructional analysts, SMEs, and PM to resolve deficiencies.
• Maintain independence from the product-development process to provide objective reviews.
