Job summary

PLASKOLITE seeks a Director of Quality Assurance to lead QA, QC, and QMS across global operations, ensuring products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to strengthen quality performance and promote a proactive culture of quality aligned with the One Plaskolite vision.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in quality, manufacturing, or operational excellence roles.
• 5–8+ years managing teams and managers.
• Education in Quality/Operations/Manufacturing Mgmt or related fields.
• Chemistry/Polymer Science or related technical field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of QA and QC across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO and customer compliance.
• Lead and mentor Quality Managers, Supervisors, and Engineers.
• Drive standardization of quality systems and documentation across facilities.
• Serve as primary liaison with major customers on quality performance and audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and MFG to address quality requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve critical quality issues via RCA and CAPA.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Product Development to ensure quality in new products.
