ALPLA Group is seeking a Quality Leader to support our plant with Quality Assurance duties, shaping local quality strategy and improving standards to meet increasing complexity. You will coordinate QA activities in Production and Laboratory, ensuring outputs align with customer expectations and supervising QA communications with customers.
The role requires 5+ years in QA, leadership experience, and strong MS Office skills, with travel willingness and fluent English and local language.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance with a proven QA management track record.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong MS Office skills and ability to work cross‑departmentally.
- Ability to manage customer relations and travel for work.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
