Elemental Brands is seeking a Director/Senior Director/VP of Quality to architect our global QA footprint, scaling QMS, and leading a multi-tier team. This role partners with executive leadership to drive stringent quality across manufacturing and suppliers, with international travel up to 15%.

You will own quality governance, pre-shipment gates, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory alignment and brand protection in a dynamic lighting business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality leadership experience with QMS responsibilities.
• Experience with ISO/VDA standards and audits.
• Strong supplier quality governance and CM engagement.

Responsibilities

• Executive leadership: partner with SVP on long-range planning and tech adoption.
• Global CM partnership: ensure compliance, factory audits, and pre-shipment gates; travel 15%.
• QMS architecture: design and oversee ISO-compliant systems and ERP integration.
• Department leadership: manage and mentor Quality Engineers, Managers, and Technicians.
