The role partners with cross-functional teams, manages quality and regulatory functions, and mentors site Quality Managers to deliver defect-free designs and manufacturing excellence. A Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact, influence and build consensus.
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, especially executive management.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategic Direction: Define Regional strategies to align quality processes, organizational capability and culture to meet or exceed customer needs.
• Evaluation and Execution: Provide direction to Quality Managers using metrics and data analysis to identify and deploy best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Zero Defect: Define strategy and execution to achieve Zero Defects by ensuring products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive problem solving tools and lean sigma initiatives; lead CAPA and establish a quality roadmap for manufacturing operations and supply base.
• Demonstrate Plexus Core Values; focus on development and coaching to realize employees' full potential.
