The State of Maryland, Department of Human Services, is seeking a data‑driven analyst to support local data collection, monitoring of improvement plans, and program compliance. You will perform peer reviews, analyze data trends, and prepare reports to inform leadership and improve service quality.

Responsibilities include data entry, reporting from CJAMS and audits, and partnering with the Assistant Director to ensure reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in administration of a human services program or related studies.
• Two years in administration of a human services program or studies, plus four years of additional relevant experience.
• Experience evaluating program quality, compliance, and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers meeting DHS standards.
• Produce data analysis reports from multiple sources and identify data trends to improve monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in planning strategies to resolve compliance deficiencies and develop tools to present data to leadership.
• Conduct independent case reviews and provide feedback to address issues with the Assistant Director.
