UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Coordinator Quality Assurance to support our Operations partners in damage prevention and QA initiatives. You will investigate damages, coach technicians, and uphold quality standards while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

Based in the United States, this role requires hands-on field audits, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Join our team and contribute to reducing damages through meticulous QA and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year locating underground utilities or related experience.
• 2+ years preferred.
• Understand utility locating procedures and marking standards.
• Able to troubleshoot locates and interpret utility plats.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify damage-prevention opportunities.
• Identify at-risk technicians needing additional training.
• Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with laws.
• Correct findings and coach technicians.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Field Check partners to improve quality.
• Communicate audit findings with QA and operations management.
• Balance duties to meet productivity and deadlines.
• Provide witness testimony when necessary.
• Promote safety culture and quality standards.
• Build good relationships with clients and regulators.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain appearance.
• Support training in Damage Prevention.
• Stay current on learning methodologies and technologies.
• Ticket production and weekend work may be required.
• Performs other duties as needed.
