Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of 10+ Quality Assurance Coordinators across the territory.
• Conduct damage investigations to document root causes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to assign quality audits.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality failures and identify trends.
• Train and mentor QA Coordinators and manage investigations tracking.
• Travel frequently to territory and ensure proper coverage.
• Participate in employee annual reviews and safety training.
