• Role focuses on maintaining and improving the site quality management system.
• Educating operations personnel on quality management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve QMS efficacy.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors.
• Identify training needs and organize quality training interventions.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
