Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help manage the site quality management system and align processes with ISO 9001:2015 and customer requirements. You will develop documents, train personnel, and support the implementation of the Kenco Operating System related to quality assurance.

Travel is expected up to 25%. The role requires 2–4 years in QA, a bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of quality systems. Lead Auditor certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QMS compliance through training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations to improve the QMS.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement to the QMS.
