• Perform pre-inspection and information gathering by reviewing work orders and site details.
• Schedule virtual inspections and service appointments; document quality issues and communicate updates to customers and installers.
• Review and process chargebacks; coordinate with Accounting for invoicing.
• Provide Installation Coordinator support to keep installations on schedule and handle customer follow-up.
