Job summary

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers Inc is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to build strong relationships with builders and field supervision, ensuring high quality service while controlling costs. You will audit sites, coordinate with subcontractors, and address concerns to satisfy clients.

Local travel and a reliable vehicle are required; a vehicle allowance and fuel card accompany this role. The position emphasizes effective communication, professionalism, and the ability to work with diverse

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring operations and/or construction highly preferred.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with a variety of personalities.
• Good written communication skills and professional presentation required.
• Verbal fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Works with subcontractors to maintain high quality job standards.
• Conducts field audits and job site/safety inspections.
• Makes repairs onsite as necessary.
• Address customer concerns and issues, escalating as needed for completion and satisfaction.
• Respond to warranty concerns, repairs, and material or quality issues.
• Communicates with installers to ensure clear understanding of specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with account representatives to ensure complete information for work assignments.
• Occasional support of Hilton Head Location may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
