Responsibilities

• Perform pre-inspection tasks by reviewing work orders and site details to identify installation concerns.
• Gather accurate information from customers, installers and internal partners and document it.
• Schedule inspections and service appointments with customers and installers.
• Process chargebacks and submit to Accounting; resolve and communicate status to customers.
