Job summary

On-site role based at Suburban Station, Center City Philadelphia. Responsibilities include training teams on data entry requirements, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned teams to ensure compliant, accurate and timely entry of required program data.
• Provide technical assistance to team members in meeting data entry requirements.
• Review individual case records to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Run reports, analyze data for program trends, and make continuous improvement suggestions to enhance performance outcomes.
• Receive and track all referrals to unit, addressing them in a timely manner.
• Ensure that performance standards and contract goals are met or exceeded by accurate data entry and reconciliation.
• Create, maintain and reconcile all file systems (paper and electronic).
• Other job related duties as required.

• Provide technical assistance to team members in meeting data entry requirements
• Review individual case records to ensure compliance and integrity
• Run reports, analyze data for program trends, and make continuous improvement suggestions to enhance performance outcomes
• Receive and track all referrals to unit., addressing them in a timely manner.
• Ensure that performance standards, contract goals and services including Activity Compliance Rate (ACR), Job Placement, Retention and Increased Hours Worked goals are met and/or exceeded by means of accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation.
• Create, maintain and reconcile all file systems (paper and electronic).
• Other job related duties as required.
