Job summary

JEVS Human Services in Philadelphia seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure compliant, timely data entry and uphold data integrity across programs.

You will provide technical assistance, review records, and generate reports to monitor trends and improve performance. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ related experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years relevant experience preferred; substitution possible.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Prior experience in quality assurance and/or auditing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliant, accurate, and timely entry of required program data.
  • Provide technical assistance to team members in meeting data entry requirements.
  • Review individual case records to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Run reports and analyze data for program trends; suggest improvements.
  • Track referrals and address them promptly.
  • Support achievement of performance standards and contract goals.
  • Create, maintain, and reconcile all file systems (paper and electronic).
  • Perform other duties as required

Job description

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The CareerLink provides services for both jobseekers and employers - providing skills and help to those seeking work while matching qualified candidates to the area’s occupational workforce.

As the Quality Assurance Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant, accurate and timely entry of required program data. You will provide technical assistance to team members, and will maintain our compliance and integrity standards.

This role, located in our Suburban Station, Center City Philadelphia office, is on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Work with assigned teams to ensure compliant, accurate and timely entry of required program data
  • Provide technical assistance to team members in meeting data entry requirements
  • Review individual case records to ensure compliance and integrity
  • Run reports, analyze data for program trends, and make continuous improvement suggestions to enhance performance outcomes
  • Receive and track all referrals to unit., addressing them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that performance standards, contract goals and services including Activity Compliance Rate (ACR), Job Placement, Retention and Increased Hours Worked goals are met and/or exceeded by means of accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation.
  • Create, maintain and reconcile all file systems (paper and electronic).
  • Other job related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years relevant experience preferred; appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word, Excel and Access).
  • Prior experience in quality assurance and/or auditing preferred

The base pay for this position ranges from $23.63 to $25.83 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
