Job summary

Omni Family of Services in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to perform CQI activities, case reviews, and support contract deliverables across assigned programs, while representing the agency to external stakeholders.

We value a Bachelor's in Social Services or related field (Master's preferred) and 3–5 years in a therapeutic setting with proven quality assurance experience, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or closely related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in a therapeutic service setting, developing and implementing quality assurance methods.
  • Demonstrated decision making, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CQI activities and case reviews.
  • Support achievement of contract deliverables and accreditation activities.
  • Represent the agency with external stakeholders as assigned.

Position Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you would be responsible for performing continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities, case review activities, providing support in achieving contract deliverables, accreditation activities and other related support functions in the assigned program(s) or business division(s). This position represents the agency with external stakeholders as assigned.

  • Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
