Job summary

Omni Family of Services Inc. invites you to join our team as a Therapist, providing individual, group, and family therapy.

You will participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention consultation. We are a trauma-responsive, patient-centered organization with a strong emphasis on safety, diversity, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work required.
• Experience with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance.
• CPI certification or de-escalation techniques required.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and clinical diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.

As the Therapist, you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation.

What you bring to this role:

• A Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities; any equivalent education and experience.
• Candidates must also have a good understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
• Certified in first aid/CPR preferred. Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
