Job summary

Omni Family of Services Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to drive continuous quality improvement, oversee case review activities, and support contract deliverables and accreditation efforts in our behavioral health programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or closely related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in a therapeutic service setting.
  • Experience developing and implementing quality assurance methods and practices.
  • Demonstrated decision making, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and reliable transportation.

  • Conduct case review activities.

Position Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you would be responsible for performing continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities, case review activities, providing support in achieving contract deliverables, accreditation activities and other related support functions in the assigned program(s) or business division(s). This position represents the agency with external stakeholders as assigned.
