Job summary

Omni Family of Services Inc. seeks a Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy, participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and develop annual clinical/psychosocial assessments.

The role includes crisis intervention consultation within a trauma-informed framework to support children, adults, and families on their journey to healing. We value teamwork, sensitivity to diversity, and a commitment to safety and hope.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation is required.
• CPI certification preferred; CPI de-escalation techniques recommended.
• Knowledge of clinical diagnoses and interventions for mental health conditions is expected.

As the Therapist, you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation.

• A Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities; any equivalent education and experience.
• Candidates must also have a good understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
• Certified in first aid/CPR preferred. Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
