Responsibilities

• Assist with administering quality assurance duties and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct random and scheduled on-site and desk reviews to assess quality and appropriateness of services.
• Produce professional communications to communicate findings, recommendations, trends and respond to queries.
• Support local planning processes and training initiatives; participate in relevant staff and departmental meetings.
