Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager of Quality in monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL SOPs and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on training coordination, audit support, and adherence to quality systems across center operations.

The position requires at least one year of leadership or regulated-environment experience, strong customer service, and solid analytical skills to identify and address quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems and regulatory training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide final QA review and release for shipments and documents.
• Ensure records QA reviews are complete, accurate and timely; initiate investigations for deficiencies.
• Maintain and review training documents to ensure compliance with CSL procedures, SOPs and regulations (CLIA/COLA, FDA).
• Operate Learning Management System data integrity, reporting, and data analysis.
• Schedule, coordinate and monitor delivery of all training, including new hires and retraining.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions with management.
