Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Quality and Project Manager to oversee case file reviews across multiple programs, supervise audits, and help shape quality improvement plans within our workforce solutions framework across North America.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to design and deliver presentations while ensuring compliance with policy and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent combination of acceptable related experience and/or training may substitute for two years of education on a year-for-year basis
• Minimum three years' experience in Quality and Project Management as well as conducting quality assurance audits and developing quality improvement action plans
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of Quality Management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to design and deliver presentations/programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

Responsibilities

• Performs monthly center Personal Identifiable Information checks to monitor compliance with Board/Equus policies
• Provides policy clarification and technical support to center staff
• Helps with financial audits to include support services and worksite agreement contracts
• Writes, reviews, and/or updates quality improvement plan items
• Organizes and participates in Administrative Quality Committee at a minimum of five per year
• Presents consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement - Recommends corrective action in weekly reports to Project Director
• Follows up on previously implemented corrective action plans
• Maintains client complaint log and ensure clients are responded to within 24 hours of contact
• Establishes corrective action plans promptly
