Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to independently design, conduct, and track data collection activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly both in state and out of state.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance and certification reviews (100%).
• Schedule and conduct quality monitoring reviews.
• Facilitate interviews, in collaboration with state evaluators.
• Create outcome reports based on visit results and feedback, sharing recommendations with providers.
• Monitor follow-up identified in the outcome report.
• Participate in meetings with project partners.
• Assist in developing tools for the quality monitoring process.
• Provide feedback regarding the quality monitoring process and best practices.
• Maintain data collection requirements.
